With an already growing list of clients and ongoing projects, Thomas Property Developments is now looking to expand in various locations.

About the role

As a Junior Project Manager you will report to the Project Director. As a driven Junior Project Manager with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and on budget, you will have proven industry experience on residential and commercial projects, demonstrated understanding of WHS legislation and NSW building standards both in the office and onsite, experience with MS Project and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Tender Management
  • Cost and budget control
  • Contracts Management
  • Ensuring time restraints are adhered to
  • Achieving Project Completion with optimised project return

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within Residential (preferred) or Commercial Project Management
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field of study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence
