Prior to Thomas Property, our experience has been involved in the provision of project management expertise at Mission Australia Housing, Australian Pacific Projects (APP), Landcom and Blacktown City Council.
At the commencement, we will meet with the client to obtain a detailed outline of the project objectives and deliverables associated with the proposed scope of works. The meeting will also establish processes regarding project decisions, meeting minutes including status of action items, project plan, project schedule, budget, risks, tendering process and coordinating third-party contractors.
