Having seen the efficient, professional manner in which Evelyn and Dale managed my partner's apartment purchase and tenancy, I believed they were the right people to manage my own (recently purchased). In the space of three days, Evelyn had inspected, advertised, held a showing and delivered a short list of suitable tenants, with a final confirmation following a few days later. Dale offered to go well above and beyond his role and helped ensure the property was ready for the new tenants to move in.
