A co-founder of Thomas Property and Licensee-in-Charge, Evelyn has a strong career in Property Development, Project Management, Design and Construction. Evelyn oversees the planning process from site procurement to the completion of the construction phase. She is instrumental in the planning process and is also responsible for project management and overseeing the communication between Thomas Property, consultants, council and the client. Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Design, Member of Australian Institute of Project Management and a current NSW Real Estate Licence. After graduating from Pymble Ladies' College, Evelyn invested in herself to take a sabbatical year to live in London and experience a city that seamlessly blends the old world with the seductively modern, to the York countryside and its influential cultural history. Since 2009, Evelyn has an ongoing commitment to funding community housing projects in Yala, Kenya providing sustainable homes to families in need. She has spent over four months as a volunteer Project Manager in Yala, Kenya building sustainable homes for the local community. To date, this initiative has provided housing for 148 families. Evelyn is a Vice President of the Lions Club of Balgowlah where she continues to help the community with various charities. Adoring the fine arts, music, exploring the world, being a humanitarian and enjoys spending time with her family including 'Indie' Cavalier King Charles Spaniel as her companion.
